Since January, Test Valley has appointed an Executive Headteacher, Head of School, SENCO, KS3 Lead, Family Liaison Office and additional pastoral support.

The latest report praised the school for improved behavioural standards.

It also said “many staff and pupils recognise the period of positive rapid change that the school is currently going through”.

Inspectors noted the impact of safeguarding training for staff leading to better learning experiences for students.

Executive Headteacher Jo McKeown said: “It was fantastic that Oftsed were able to see the impact of the work that has been going on at all levels of the organisation.”
